Can Bank buy and sell stock/Funds/ETF/Bond/Option? - bank etf

You may as Wells Fargo, Wa Mu, BoA, Citi count, etc. (large banks) buy and sell stocks, ETFs / / Bond Options, etc.? Do you offer services such as Scottrade, (online) Brokerage?

What is the difference between banks and brokers?

Almost all banks now offer brokerage services. Both banks and brokerage firms can be purchased on their own.

The banks are regulated by a government agency (I do not know which one). Brokerage firms are regulated, but not as Strickland. There really is not much difference except the bank can lend money without collateral. A brokerage firm No.
