For some time, I tried to upload an index page of my website as a model for submission to the USPTO, but I was not successful, you can download a Web page as a JPEG? and if, as it is?

Maybe. If you own a PC, hold down the Alt key and press the Print Screen button. Then go into MS Paint and select Edit> Paste. You should be able to see a screenshot of the window you put in. Now select File-> Save As and save the file as a JPEG.
to find the source of your page is to click on the right side of the screen and the source code that gives you all the code in your page. should also be able to HTML page on the file and save it to test ways to save. I hope this helps some ... Remember, if you save the file ...
