No way I'm happy to say. If you do not have the CCJ, the highest interest rate credit card you will be thankful Inn 2 years time, if the third CCJ. No one will touch it.
Try Vanquis, but something stupid like 36% APR.

No luck.
Even people with good credit problems loans are obtained through the recession.
